『違いと差の、違い？』
お元気様です。はづきです。
昨日も午前中、雨が降っていたお陰で、昨夜も涼しく
快適に眠ることが出来ました。在り難いことです。
昨日、スタッフと一緒にオフィスを出る時、
ちょうど正面の山際に夕日が沈む頃だったのですが、
その沈む位置がかなり移動しているのに、ビックリしました。
夏至の頃と比べると、夕日の沈む場所が明らかに移動して
右から左に戻って来ています。
現象面では今は真夏で、暑い盛りなのに、
もう既に陽はドンドンと短くなっているのですね～。
この微妙なズレというか、タイムラグはあらゆるところで
見られる傾向だな～と想いました。

昨日、配信した「ポッドキャスト」でも触れましたが、
男性と女性とでは、やはり微妙なズレがあります。

もちろん、人間として共通する部分は同じですが、
やはり「性差」というものは歴然と存在します。
コミュニケーションとは、
そのズレを埋めていく作業なのかもしれません。
ただ、その前に大事なことがひとつあって、
それは「ズレに気付くこと」「違いを認めること」だと
想うのです。
まずはお互いの違いは違いとして、キチンと認め合うところが
すべてのスタート時点になるのではないでしょうか？
そこを理解せず、ズレを修正しようとしたり、
違いを埋めようとしても、それは「張りぼて」のようなもので
すぐに内側からボロボロと崩れていく、手抜き工事のような
コミュニケーションになってしまいます。
＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋
「そこに違いはあっても、差は存在しない」。
これがあらゆるコミュニケーションの基本ですね。
それは言い換えると、「すべてに良い・悪いを付けない」ということに
つながるのだろうと想います。
「差」を付けるためには、「良い・悪い」という基準がなければ出来ません。
「良い・悪い」がなくなれば、「差」を付けることが出来なくなります。
「差を付ける」ということは、「裁く」ということ。
「裁く」と、こころがカラカラに乾いて「砂漠」になります。
こころが乾いている時は、何かを裁いて、
こころが砂漠状態になっているということですね。
＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋
「あなたはそうなんですね」と、「良い・悪い」を付けず
相手の状態を「あるがまま」に認めることが
コミュニケーションの基本ですね。
ただ、人間として「違い」がある限り、
コミュニケーションに「これで終わり」というゴールはありません。
ひとつ「違い」を見つけて、ひとつ埋めていくと、
また別の「違い」が見つかる…という感じでしょうか？
だからこそ、コミュニケーションはおもしろいのだと想います。
コミュニケーション…、出来る相手が居るというのは、
本当に在り難いことですね。 今日も周りに感謝です。
