『観念』
お元気様です。はづきです。
実は日曜日から、今日まで、ちょっと沖縄に行っていて、
先ほど、元気に帰って来たところです。
イエ、バカンスではなく、お仕事です（笑）。
沖縄での講演会と「センタリング」のワークを絡めた
ツアーのため、３泊４日の日程で行っていました。
講演会にご参加いただいた、沖縄の皆さん、
ツアーをご一緒させていただいた全国の皆様方、
本当にありがとうございました。
皆様のお陰で、とっても充実した、中味の濃い時間を
過させていただくことが出来ました。
今回の滞在中は、とってもたくさん笑ったような気がします。
それが今回のツアーの充実度を現していると想います。
「出愛のご縁」を頂いた皆さんに改めて、
こころから御礼・感謝申し上げます。
＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋
今回の沖縄ツアーでも、いろいろと感じたことはありますが、
その辺りの詳細は、また別の機会に譲るとして、
沖縄は結構、寒かったです（苦笑）。
沖縄に行く前の日が、異様に暖かかったこともありますが、
沖縄も暖かい日は、最高気温が25度くらいあったりして、
これは間違いなく暑いぞ！と想って、出かけたのですが、
見事に裏切られました。
例によって、お天気も全体的には曇空で、雨降りだった日も
あったりして、おまけに風も強くて、薄着ではちょっと
厳しかったです。
沖縄を訪れて、「寒い、寒い」と言うとは想いませんでした。
予想はバッチリ、外されました（笑）。
＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋
予想は過去の記憶から生まれる、ある種の観念に他なりません。
未来を予想・予測しても構わないと想いますが、
それは過去の記憶というフィルターを通した
固定した考え方、つまり観念に他なりません。
あなたを縛っているものがあるとすれば、
それはあなたの観念しかありません。
あなたを縛っているのは、他の誰でもありません。
あなたの観念を変えることが出来るのも、
あなたしか、いないのです。
未来を予測したり、予想したりすることが悪いワケでは
ありませんが、それが「こうなるハズ」とか、
「こうなるべき」になってしまうと縛られてしまいます。
縛られると不自由ですし、良い・悪いが強くなるだけです。
＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋ ＋＋＋＋＋
「こうなるハズ」は、あなたの観念に他なりません。
その考え方が、あなた自身を縛っていることに気付くことが大切です。
自分が自らの観念に縛られていることに、
もうそろそろ観念した方が良さそうです。
今回の沖縄ツアー中でも、たくさんの自分の観念に気付き、
いろいろと観念させられました（苦笑）。

沖縄は海風の影響で体感温度が下がり意外に寒い日ってありますね！ 沖縄での体験談楽しみにしております。
凝り固まった考えを持っている自分に気付けるのって、そう簡単な事ではないのではないでしょうか・・・？
どんなことにも縛られない自由人でありたいものです!(^^)!

今日は、嬉しい気持ちとお礼を改めて言いたくてメールさせていただきました♪というのも、昨日誕生日だったのですが、本来誕生日は両親や先祖、地球や水や空気、自然の恵みに感謝を伝えるものと知り、今まで祝ってもらう事だけ考えていた自分を改め、ちょっと恥ずかしく勇気がいりましたが、両親に『産んでくれて有り難う!!』と伝えました。
深く悩んで時期、何かを変えたい、というか本来の自分を取り戻したく、メールレッスンから始まり、講演、本、波乗り手帳も活用していたら本当に素敵な出来事が多く感謝の気持ちで一杯です♪ありがとうございます☆

This page appears to get a good ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It gives a nice unique twist on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to give info on is the most important factor.
